What is an ALTITUDE TEST CHAMBER ?

An altitude chamber combines temperature and low-pressure altitude with optional humidity to test basic components or sub-assemblies for a variety of industries, such as defense, aerospace, avionics, automotive, electronics and others.


And such an altitude test chamber is especially important for defense and aerospace applications where pressure and vacuum conditions are even more intense.


ATMARS can provide custom-built altitude chambers for simultaneous testing of temperature, low-pressure altitude and optional humidity conditions.

 

Here are two common applications of an altitude test chamber :
- Testing of avionics or other aerospace equipment to simulate actual conditions it might experience
- Simulation of high-altitude conditions like might be found in mountainous regions and plateau

And such an altitude test chamber is especially important for defense and aerospace applications where pressure and vacuum conditions are even more intense.
